The people behind the work

Renovation Resources is a Victoria renovation and new build company. Projects are scoped by our in-house design team (architectural, interior and landscape) and run by supervisors who have managed builds at scale.

Founded by Andrew Kortas, who spent nearly 30 years in construction and has supervised more than 1,400 homes through to completion. We take pride in quality craftsmanship. We put the same care into how a project is run, and into the people we run it for.
